This is one of my FAVORITE daily practices, and it goes so well with this meditation that I kind of can’t even.

See, here’s the thing:

We see what we expect to see in life. So everything that you have and experience, is in some way aligned with your existing beliefs and habits. And that’s why it can feel so challenging to stretch yourself, to bring new things into your life that are outside of your current comfort zone.

A part of you may not be believing that it’s possible for you to have those things, that you deserve them, or that good things regularly come to you.

With our meditation in this challenge, we’re changing the internal conversation with ourselves from one of unhelpful thoughts to one of honoring, cherishing, and loving ourselves. The meditation works because it’s working on our energy, on our body, spirit, and subconscious mind as well as our conscious mind.

And because we’re making a daily habit of doing this practice, so the effects build up over time.

The really good news about all of this is that whatever you put your attention on grows.

Want to speed up the process, really dial it in so all that good stuff starts arriving asap (and keeps arriving)? Start collecting evidence that great things regularly come into your life, and your conscious and subconscious minds will get on board so much more quickly because every day you will be strengthening your habit of welcoming good things into your life!

So, check out the Evidence Log Worksheet, and get to collecting evidence of allllllll the awesome things that come to you on the daily (that you might not be in the habit of noticing now!) and before you know it, you will have so much awesome stuff happening all the time that it might blow your mind!
