Before starting working with Sally, I was still operating from limiting beliefs that no longer serve me. Dealing with perfectionism and people pleasing tendencies – although I worked on these issues for many years they were still embedded in my subconscious. Impacted many areas of my life.

Is this only for single people who are looking for a relationship?
Definitely not. These meditations are geared to clear and heal any trauma or wound that you’ve been holding onto, including ones with family from way back in the day, to something you and your current partner have gone through. In the “vision” and “manifest” sections you can apply them to your lives together and what you want for yourself.
You mentioned 4 meditations, what will they be like? Are they hard?
Each meditation will be slightly different but the majority of them you will just be seated in a crossed legged position with your arms resting on your knees. These meditations, while very powerful, are not challenging. They are very simple and anyone can do them. There will be some opportunity to sing along with some music though (if you choose to do that) so get your songbird voice ready!
Will I have to meditate every day?
My recommendation is that you meditation each day for all 28 days. Each week I will introduce a new meditation and we will do that one for 7 days. We do four rounds of that. All meditations are 11 minutes or less so really…about the time it takes you to scroll through Instragram right when you wake up.
Are you a trained Kundalini Instructor?
YES. I am certified through KRI (Kundalini Research Institute) and got my training at Golden Bridge in Santa Monica
What if I start it and decide I don’t want to continue?
You have the right to start and stop as it feels right to you but there are NO REFUNDS. So if you feel called to do this I recommend that you join and make a commitment to yourself to continue with us. As Yogi Bhajan says (the guy who brought Kundalini yoga to the west) “commitment is the first step to happiness,” so you will benefit at the very least by committing to something.
I’m not very flexible. Will I be able to do this?
YES! These meditations involve sitting with your legs crossed indian style and your arms rested comfortably on your knees so everyone should be able to do this. If you can’t sit this way, you are welcome to lie down or sit in a chair for this meditation.
I’ve tried meditating before and I suck at it. My mind raced and I got bored. Should I do this meditation?
I get it. I SO get it. I have a bad case of “monkey mind” but the more I’ve meditated the better it has gotten. And truly, the point of meditation is to notice when your mind starts wandering and bring it back to the focus you intend for the practice (breath, intentions, in this case “your best future” etc), so really, as long as you’re noticing, you’re doing a great job. I don’t believe there is such thing as a “clear” mind or completely “clean slate” so that isn’t the point. I believe the point is to commit to do it and do your best and keep coming back even if it’s challenging or boring.
Will the calls be recorded in case I can’t make them live?
Yes! The calls are done on a Live Facebook Stream and will remain up in the group
Can I submit Qs for the live Q&A calls with Sally beforehand?
Yes! In my reminder post about the Live Call for that week, you will have the opportunity to ask questions there ahead of time in case you can’t make it to the live calls
I feel really ready but also terrified to do this – will the facebook room be totally private?
Facebook has their own rules of privacy so definitely check their terms of agreement to know more about that. But as far as this group goes, it is a “closed” group. Which means that no one outside of the group will be able to see what we talk about in the group
Ummm…what is Kundalini Yoga?
Kundalini is know as the “yoga of awareness” which in normal people talk just means that every pose, meditation, or mantra you do is meant to deliver an experience of awareness. It helps you become more aware of your mind, thoughts, body, spirit, truth, ideas, creativity and basically everything else in your life.
