Heal with “Healing The Wounds Of Love”

 


This is one of my favorite meditations because it has the ability to tap into a part of you that you might not know needs healing. The purpose of it is to clear any wounds that have been embedded into your psyche from the past, whether you know they are there or not. If you currently have a broken heart (or ever had one) this is a particularly good meditation to get you through.

Basically, all you have to do is sit and listen to the beautiful music and let it work it’s magic. If you’d like to sing along, you can but it’s not required. The full list of the words is below.

Here’s what some kundalini yogis say about it: “With each passing day, you will experience an expanding sense of clarity in your heart and mind that empowers you to take the steps you need to heal your relationships in the physical realm while it works energetically in the spiritual realm.”

Focus your mind on anything that might be a wound from any past relationship, and see what thoughts and feelings show up.

Practice this meditation once a day for the next seven days. I recommend at least 11 minutes but you can choose a different amount of time. Just set your timer and get started.

Instructions

Mantra: Mera Man Loche – Aad Such Jugaad Such

Posture: Sit in Easy Pose with the eyes closed and the hands resting on the knees.

Time: 11 minutes (set your personal timer)

Eyes: Eyes are closed

Info: This meditation is meant to bring positive change to your current relationships while removing past pains that have imbedded themselves in your heart and psyche. As you do this meditation, you will feel clarity and empowerment to make positive change and to begin to experience authentic relationships.
