Release with “Kirtan Kriya”

 

Kirtan Kriya has so many benefits that it is hard to count. Among them are emotional balance, a better mood, and dementia prevention, but one of the biggest ones is that it helps us to release pain stored in our aura, which is the place where we hold relationship wounds and karmic imprints from our past partners, as well as the place where we project into the world what we think we deserve.

So for example, let’s say your last ex caused some pain and trauma and caused you to believe that “there are no good men out there.” You store these experiences and beliefs in your aura, and since the aura is the place where you show the world who you are and what you think you deserve, you will project out that what you believe is “there are no good men out there” so what you’ll attract is “no good men.”

This meditation helps to clear these wounds (whether conscious or subconscious), thus enhancing your aura and your projection so you can call in partners that are right for you.

Practice this meditation once a day for the next 7 days.

Instructions

Come sitting straight into Easy Pose. Legs crossed, spine is straight, neck is long, shoulders are relaxed.

Eyes: Meditate at the Brow Point.

Mantra: Speak these four sounds in a pattern (described below)

SAA: Which means Infinity, cosmos, beginning
TAA: Which means Life, existence
NAA: Death, change, transformation
MAA: Rebirth

Mudra: Come into Gyan Mudra, with the thumb and the pointer finger touching while your elbows are straight and your wrists resting on your knees.

The elbows are straight while chanting, and the mudra changes as each fingertip touches in turn the tip of the thumb with firm pressure.

On SAA, touch the first (pointer) finger
On TAA, touch the second (middle) finger
On NAA, touch the third (ring) finger
On MAA, touch the fourth (pinky) finger

Timing: 11 minutes

2 minutes out loud
2 minutes whisper
3 minutes silent
2 minutes whisper
2 minutes out loud

Why do we chant in different volumes?

Because we are chant in the three languages of consciousness:

Human and the world (normal or loud voice)
Lovers (strong whisper)
Divine (mentally, and silently)

Follow with one 1 minute of stretching the arms over your head and spreading the fingers wide, shaking them out, circulating the energy, inhaling and exhaling 3 times.
