WELCOME TO THE LOVE DETOX

28 DAY CHALLENGE!

 

 

Hey there! I’m beyond excited that you’re here. Because that means you’re ready for some clearing, some letting go, some awareness, and some feel good amazingness to help you get clear on what you truly want in love and release any fear that might get in the way of you having it as you move forward.

In this course you will clear past relationship karmas, traumas, and fear so you can create a path to true love. I mean…because who doesn’t want that?!

By signing up for this course, you are declaring to yourself, your world, your heart, your past karmic imprints from past partners, and the Universe that you are ready for change and are ready to leave the past traumas and hurts behind.

Throughout the next 28 days we will be using the following four Kundalini meditations (1 per week), worksheets, journal prompts, and daily check-in posts in our private Facebook group (so make sure you’re a part of that by clicking here) to clear our past karmas so we can create a clear path to true love.

Week 1: Release with “Kirtan Kriya”

Kirtan Kriya is especially helpful in releasing pain stored in our aura, the place where we hold relationship wounds and the place where we project into the world what we think we deserve.

Week 2: Heal with “Healing The Wounds Of Love”

Clear any wounds that have been embedded in your psyche from the past.

Week 3: Vision Your Best Relationship with “Meditation For Listening To Angelic Whispers”

This meditation will help us envision our most ideal relationship based on the “whispers”/information from our highest source who knows what is best or our happiness.

Week 4: Trust & Manifest with “Sat Kartar”

This meditation opens your heart to love, gets you in the “flow” of the Universe, which allows you to manifest what you’ve been wanting and trust that it is coming to you.

 

 

All you need to do to start is get a journal, join the Facebook group and get started on your Relationship Breakdown Worksheet (which pinpoints what the heck happened in your last relationship/s) which will inform the rest of your time in these 28 days.

After these 28 days, you will have become aware of what past relationships, patterns, partners, and pains are being stored in your aura and psyche, and release and heal them, so you can forge a clear path to true love.
