Mantra: Aad Guray Nameh

The mantra we chant during this practice is called "Aad Guray Nameh." The words are in the Sikh language of  Gurmukhi.

The mantra and translation are as follows:

(I bow to the Primal Wisdom...the wisdom available to me from God/Universe/whateveryoubelievein)
Jugad Guray Nameh
(I bow lo the wisdom through the Ages...the wisdom from all that have come before me)
Sat Guray Nameh
(I bow to the True Wisdom...the wisdom that is true for me)
